This Privacy Policy states the following:

  1. The type of information collected from the Users, including Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information relating to an individual.

  3. How and to whom Authentic Living will disclose such information.

The information collected from you by Authentic Living may constitute ‘personal information’ or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules. “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean personal information relating to -

  1. Passwords.
  2. Financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details.
  3. Physical, physiological, and mental health conditions.
  4. Sexual orientation.
  5. Medical records and history.
  6. Information received by a body corporate under a lawful contract or otherwise.
  7. Contact details of family members or any other person who can be treated as your emergency contact.

Authentic Living will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  1. Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  2. Location, IP address, and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like adjusting the pricing, currency and mode of payment.

    To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

Authentic Living strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online Authentic Living Platform and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Authentic Living Website and Authentic Living Platform are not intended for use by minors, Authentic Living respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application.

Online Advertising we use

From time to time we may use Google AdWords Remarketing to trigger display ads across the Internet. AdWords Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of The Coaching Institute website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER.

If you do not wish to participate in our Google AdWords Remarketing, you can opt-out by visiting Google's Ads Preferences Manager.

How we Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We accept payments through PayPal & RazorPay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal & RazorPay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  1. Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  2. Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

CASUAL VISITORS NOTE:

No sensitive personal data or information is automatically collected by Authentic Living from any casual visitors who are merely perusing the Website. However, certain provisions of this Privacy Policy are applicable to even such casual visitors, and they are also required to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein.-

  1. Your Personal Information is maintained by Authentic Living in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. Authentic Living takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Authentic Living business.
  2. No administrator at Authentic Living will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer, and your mobile phone. Be sure to log off from the Website when finished. Authentic Living does not undertake any liability for any unauthorised use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Authentic Living by sending an email to contact@authenticliving.in . You shall be liable to indemnify Authentic Living due to any loss suffered by it due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.
  3. Authentic Living makes all User information accessible to its employees, agents, or partners and third parties only on a need-to-know basis and binds only its employees to strict confidentiality obligations.
  4. Part of the functionality of Authentic Living is assisting the Practitioners to maintain and organise such information. Authentic Living may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the appropriate authorities, or to Practitioners who request access to such information.
  5. Part of the functionality of Authentic Living is assisting the End Users to access information relating to them. Authentic Living may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the relevant End Users, or to their Practitioners.
  6. Notwithstanding the above, Authentic Living is not responsible for the confidentiality, security, or distribution of your Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. Further, Authentic Living shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Authentic Living including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.

CHANGE TO PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Authentic Living may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event, there are significant changes in the way Authentic Living treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, Authentic Living will display a notice on the Website or send Users an email, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Authentic Living Platform. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Authentic Living Platform, you may contact contact@authenticliving.in to deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, Authentic Living current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Authentic Living has about you and your account.
  2. If a User uses the Authentic Living Platform or accesses the Website after a notice of changes has been sent to such User or published on the Website, such User hereby provides his/her/its consent to the changed terms.

END-USERS NOTE: THIS SECTION APPLIES TO ALL END-USERS.

  1. As part of the registration/application submission process that is available to End-Users on this Website, certain information, including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected from the End-Users.
  2. If you have inadvertently submitted any such information to Authentic Living prior to reading the privacy statements, and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is collected, processed, stored, used or disclosed, then you may access, modify and delete such information by sending an email to contact@authenticliving.in
  3. Users have the right to restrict processing. They can ask Authentic Living to stop processing their data or stop a certain kind of processing. Their data can remain in place if they choose.
  4. Users have the right to be notified in the event of a personal data breach that compromises their personal data within 72 hours of your first learning of the breach.
  5. At times, Authentic Living conducts a User survey to collect information about End-Users' preferences. These surveys are optional and if End-Users choose to respond, their responses will be kept anonymous.
  6. Authentic Living may keep records of electronic communications and telephone calls received and made for making appointments or other purposes for the purpose of administration of services.
  7. All Authentic Living employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of sensitive personal data or information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every End-Users’ Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data and Information.

To the extent necessary to provide End-Users with the services through the Authentic Living Platform, Authentic Living may provide their Personal Information to third party contractors who work on behalf of or with Authentic Living. These third-party service providers have access to information needed to process payments but may not use it for other purposes.

  8. Authentic Living also reserves the right to use the information provided by or about the End-User for the following purposes:
  9. Publishing such information on the Website.
  10. Contacting End-Users for offering new products or features on the Authentic Living Platform.
  11. Contacting End-Users for taking product and Service feedback.
  12. Analysing usage patterns for improving product design and utility.
  13. Analysing anonymized practice information for commercial use.
  14. Processing payment instructions including those through independent third-party service providers such as payment gateways, banking and financial institutions, pre-paid instruments, and wallet providers for the processing of payment transactions or deferral of payment facilities.

By providing us with the Personal Information you authorize Authentic Living (including its business partners and affiliates) contact you on your telephone number(s) and email for any purpose including those mentioned in this subsection 3.4 above, even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR services. Your authorization shall be valid as long as your account is not deactivated in the manner as provided in clause 3.9 below.

  18. Authentic Living may require the User to pay with a credit card, wire transfer, debit card or cheque for Authentic Living services. Authentic Living will collect such information for the billing and payment processes, but not limited to disclosure of such information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operations. Verification of information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process. User’s credit-card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption.
  19. The Website uses temporary cookies to store certain (that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by Authentic Living and its service providers for the technical administration of the Website, research, and development, and User administration.
