Taruna is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. With over 18 years of experience in mental health, including 15 years in the UK’s National Health Service, she specialises in adult mental health and trauma-focused interventions, particularly Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (tf-CBT).
